Summer 2013

Hello Everyone. I know it's been a very long time since I last posted... But I'm finished my A-Level exams so it's finally Summer!

It's a happy time, but also a sad time. I'm finally finished school forever, so therefore I'm saying goodbye to friends I've known for 14 years, 7 years, and even 2 years. Each friendship has been cherished. Although now I know that it's time to say goodbye, it's also time to say hello to the new opportunities to come, if that is college or somewhere completely different in September. 

It's a scary time, but to make everything seem that bit less terrifying, I'm going to make the most out of this summer! 

So there shall be festivals, concerts, wild nights out, sea, sand, cities, oh and I cannot forget... SHOPPING!

I'll also be sure to post as much as possible on this!

I've got a blog?

Hey, my name is Aoife McCaffrey and I'm from Ireland.

I've started a blog as I feel that Facebook and Twitter have taken over our lives completely in the sense that some people feel that it's perfectly fine to tell the world what they are doing every minute of every day. I, on the other hand, hesitate to tell too much of my daily life to people who may judge what I say or do. So I have created this blog for somewhere for me to vent my thoughts and opinions in a place where "Likes" and "Retweets" are not the main reason to talk to people. 

Oh, the inspiration behind my blog name is due to me having Auburn coloured hair and a fascination with the french language.
